Assistance With Downloading
Your Downloadable resources and Orders are found under your MY ACCOUNT in the top right hand corner of the main menu. Make sure you click on the MY ACCOUNT button to sign in and then click the button again to access your Orders or Downloads.
If you have checked out as a 'Guest' and would like your orders kept in your account to access anytime, please set up an account via the MY ACCOUNT button and email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order # and email so we can add your purchase to your account.

If you have not set up an account and you have purchased an item, contact our support team and we can add your order to your new account - make sure you set up your online account (takes 2 minutes) and supply your order # and email so we can add it quickly!

If you have gone through Checkout as a guest and can't locate your email, we suggest you check your junk folder OR set up an account (which takes 2 minutes + you receive FREE rewards points) and we can then add your order to your account where you can access for the life of your account.
