Hi Fiona,
Thanks for your review and you have given me food for thought of things to add to suit teachers such as yourself who are more accomplished with writing applications. :) Unfortunately, in my experience on panels, this isn't always the case with either Highly Accomplished or Lead Teachers. The guide was initially designed for all teachers who are having difficulty in 'selling themselves.'There isn't, however, any templates for a cover letter in the bundle. Both templates are CV Templates and were deliberately made to be editable and generic so teachers could alter and add to suit the position they were applying for and with one being a more simpler version (without room for photos and feedback) than the other, as from state to state, the guidelines for length for these vary. Good luck in your applications for leadership positions! :)

Some good tips, especially for beginning teachers. However, for those applying for leadership roles, most have already accomplished this level in CV writing. I didn't realise the templates were just for the cover letter - I was looking for a template for the CV criteria that would 'stand out' from the pile.
However, if you're a beginning teacher or one just starting on the merit selection 'journey', you will benefit from these clear ideas. I'm just not convinced it can be claimed as beneficial for teachers at a Lead or HAT level for this price.
